At boAt, we ensure a seamless experience by offering a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice included.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Visit our Support Portal and enter your Order ID and phone number to select the item you wish to return or replace.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Upload clear images or a short video of the product highlighting the technical defect or physical damage for our team to review.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the product from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
- 4.Resolution
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement unit to you.
